Today's episode I have my friend (and ex- coworker) Carlos Mejias on the podcast today! Carlos is a Hispanic-American born and raised in the Lehigh Valley - Pennsylvania (and how he likes to term, initially created on the farmlands on the island of Puerto Rico). Carlos's life has been a massive rollercoaster, which is why he does what he is passionate about. He is the go-getter in whatever comes his way, a solution is to be made and done.
Carlos and I talk about how important it is to put yourself first in the workplace, what his life has been like since his last job, and how has it been being a foster parent.
