In this special crossover episode, Casey and Derek join Scott and his wife Tracey over at the Disney, Indiana podcast to talk about the 1963 live action Disney film Dr Syn: Alias the Scarecrow. Why are the Down Placers talking about this Disney film? Well, it along with Hammer’s Captain Clegg (a.k.a. Night Creatures) were both based upon the Dr. Syn novels of Russell Thorndike. In the upcoming episode 33 of 1951 Down Place, Tracey will join Casey, Derek and Scott to talk about Hammer’s take on the material.
