The St Thomas More Society, together with the Ambrose Centre for Religious Liberty and the Australian Catholic Students Association hosted an end of semester drinks night and the annual St John Fisher Lecture on 14 October 2015. Mr Rocco Mimmo, founder and chairman of the Ambrose Centre for Religious Liberty delivered the address on "Same Sex 'Marriage': its impact on religious liberty". The evening was be chaired by Professor Michael Quinlan, Dean of Law at University of Notre dame Australia.
