Life is all about cycles - beginning, middle, and endings. Endings tend to bring up so much for us, especially when we are working with clients we LOVE.

Closing the cycle, ending a season, coming to an end with grace.

One thing I have always found powerful is putting attention on endings. I had a coach who did a completion session with me, and ever since then, I began to add this into my 1:1 work and group work.

We often skip from thing to thing and ignore taking time to reflect and see how far we’ve come.

Endings are just as important, if not more important, as beginnings.

When I work with clients we begin with self acknowledgement and self validation. This is probably one of the most transformative sessions where they have to do the inventory to see how far they’ve come, and how they are a better person in relation to their world.

I share in this episode those powerful questions along with some rituals to do to honor the closing of a cycle.
