Men are great at working through pain but not all hurts can be nursed with a hot shower or ice bath. If we as men stuff away or ignore our emotional wounds we will unknowingly become victims of self-sabotage. Dr. David and Jon discuss origins of these wounds and how we can work through these hurts and pains.
