This is Part 1 of the recipe exploration sequence. Each Sunday Cheryl prepares 3 to 4 plant based meals and we wanted to teach you how to make them! The first two are: Greens & Beans & Italian Tofu with artichokes & roasted red peppers. Cheryl goes into teach mode and provides a step by step breakdown with four different culinary delights. While we were recording, Anthony was taking live questions on Facebook. In Part 2 we receive a special question from a friend and retired Superintendent Bonnie that makes us both reflect and leads us into a deep response specific to what we learned from each other during our Heart Attack recovery.
