Spirits and dragons and boats – oh my! In this episode, the babes discuss A Wizard of Earthsea by the late renowned fantasy novelist, Ursula K. LeGuin. The book, released in 1968, tells the story of a bratty kid who makes a big mistake and (kind of) learns his lesson. Sail along with us as we attempt to understand the meaning of things, relate to creepy shadow monsters, and wonder how the hell this book was written for grades 5-8.

Tipsiness brought to us by: Burial, Desnoes & Geddes, Lost Nation, and Brouwerij Van Steenberge.

Warning: book spoilers! If you don’t want to hear any spoilers, read the book and come back to listen!
