She was drawn to Rodan + Fields Dermatologists upon the discovery of a new direct selling business system. Dr. Katie Rodan and Dr. Kathy Fields had already established a billion dollar legacy as the founders of ProActiv.

With this new legacy company, they were planning to do for multiple skin issues what they did for acne with their Multi-Med approach to skincare. Holly knew the doctors would do it again! Only this time, Rodan + Fields would share the profit with Independent Business Owners allowing tens of thousands, and potentially millions of people to benefit from the power of this product and business model.

Holly is married to Scott Reed, a Worship Pastor and the mother of 2 boys.
