Marvel's CAPTAIN MARVEL smashed the box-office, and the man-baby tears were as delicious as ever. It's 2019, and a female-led Marvel superhero movie was WAY overdue... but why are we kind of split on this one? In this ep, we give our Captain Marvel review with full spoilies, talk about the surprisingly heady use of microaggressions and gaslighting as villainy, and touch on its VERY interesting ideas about war refugees and a Skrull diaspora.
