Natalie Pierce, co-chair of Littler's Robotics, AI and Automation Practice group and Eric van Dam from Littler's office in Amsterdam (CLINT Littler), discuss the exciting opportunities and challenges resulting from the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in HR decision-making and reporting.
