Sleep troubles are common in infancy and early childhood, often leaving both parents and children exhausted. Anybody who has ever dealt with sleep-challenged children knows the implications of chronic sleep deprivation. It affects every aspect of life and often results in near-constant overwhelm.

When my kids were young, I believed sleep deprivation was just something I had to endure until my kids were older. But what if there was another way? What if it were possible to solve sleep challenges in infancy and teach babies and young children to be good sleepers for life?

Lucky for us, there is a way to do that, and Certified Infant and Sleep Consultant, Eva Klein, is here to teach us how to get started.
