Paul uses Ed's notes to see if he can get any idea what is being made at the place that Ed and Jenny had discovered. After having discovered that what is being made is likely to be used as a weapon, Ed and Paul have to figure out who is behind this activity. Paul reveals that he can get into the administration's secret network, using a tool that a friend has devised. Ed is quite surprised by the friend that Paul contacts.
