Happy New Year!
What I've Finished:
Jill knit the Trap-A-Zoid socks by Sarah Jordan out of dark purple and olive/mustard Koigu. Her Rav page here. She also knit the Nara Fingerless mittens by Wondrlanding in Malabrigo Finito in the Chispas colorway. Her Rav page here. She made the Anagram Hat by Amy van de Laar out of Brooklyn Tweed Shelter in Hayloft. Her Rav page here. She made the Secondary Cowl by Stephanie Lotven from Sierra Yarn Chikan in Rose. She had to do more repeats for the same circumference given the smaller yarn. Rav page here. Her shawl project was Part of Your World by Lily Go out of Wolle's Custom Color Changing Cotton in Strawflower using 8/0 amber beads. Her Rav page here. Her garment project was the Totum Tee from Nomad Stitches using Knit Picks Comfy Fingering in Hollyberry. Her Rav page here. And her last project for the Giftalong Opadoo was the Hyzenthlay Rabbit Beanie (Knit) by Sheila Toy Stromberg out of HiKoo Kensington and leftover fingering scraps held double for the flowers. Her Rav page here.
My Current Fix:
Jill went back to working on her Framework Bralette by Jessie Mae Martinson out of handspun yarn from 80/20 Merino/Silk fiber from Capistrano Fiber Arts. She's also back to knitting Ondawa by Michele Wang out of Malabrigo Rios in Purpuras.
What I'm Jonesing For:
A whimsical pattern Jill likes is the Snake Coil Cowl by Ariel Woods. She likes the new sweater, Elwyn Pullover by Erika Flory. She's into a couple crochet hats, the Puffs on the Bias Hat by Viktoria Gogolak and Seraphine Slouch by Danielle Arseniak. There's a cool crochet shawl, Bumps in the Road Shawl by Rachy Newin. A knit shawl she likes is Cirrus by Natasja Hornby. She also likes the Mellon socks by Sari Nordlund and the Elfbaby hat by Robynn Weldon.
Uppers, Downers and Miscellaneous Links:
Star Wars: The Rise of Starwalker (2019)
Bikram: Yogi, Guru, Predator (2019)
