Hockey goalies need a goalie specific approach in order to stop more pucks and stay positionally sound all game long.

This means you need to IGNORE whatever program the forwards and defense are running and get on your own goalie-specific program for the best results.

Just like you wouldn't put a wide receiver on an offensive linemen's program, you should never train a goalie like a forward or defensemen.
