Rochelle Thomas aka the PRE MED CHEF was diagnosed with fibroids and was prescribed surgery and a possible hysterectomy. But Rochelle found alternatives to drugs and surgeries, finding that you can cure yourself with food and even avoid the side effects of medication. This podcast is her mission to debunk some of the biggest myths that only point to drugs and hospitals as the solution to getting our health back.
