Marina is a Master Certified Coach with 17 years of international experience in Business Management, Talent Development, and Executive Education. Marina managed a Global Diversity and Inclusion Program for a company operating in 180 markets and has contributed to building a more diverse talent pipeline and inclusive culture. As a coach and leadership development expert, she has collaborated with numerous private and public sector organizations, including NGOs supporting people to build their way out of poverty. Marina is the author of the book “Your Time To Shine” which provides practical wisdom for readers - to create the lives they want; by embracing challenges, leading with courage, and creating a better world for the generations to come. She holds a Ph.D. in Organisational Psychology and HR Management (from the University of London, Birkbeck) and is a Certified Workplace Mediator and Nutritional Therapist.
