Hey Bestie! Have you been wanting to get a hold of your health and wellness? Has it been a never-ending journey? I get it I really do. Today we are going to talk about a few things you can do to get this started. Remember your body is your temple from the Lord and let's try and take care of it.

1. Drink more water.

2. Get more sleep.

3. Move your Body.

4. Get an accountability partner.

I know you have heard all this before…… I said I totally get it. The point for today’s podcast is reminders, encouragement and to know you are not alone. If you need to tell someone about all the things you are doing for 2024 and don’t have an accountability partner yet, feel free to share it with Christina and I on our community page. We would love to hear from you.

You are fearfully and wonderfully made so make sure to keep up your physical, spiritual and mental wellness. Stay with us as next week we talk about Keeping your Marriage Healthy and then in the final week we will be chatting about Mental wellness.
