2025 has opened the door for the launch of the Jus Talkin Podcast! I’ve started recording something that’s been on my heart for a while—a podcast built on raw, real conversations. This isn’t about interviews, rehearsed answers or rehashing a common narrative. It’s about sitting down with people, exploring their stories, and sharing moments that matter. Think of it as honest dialogue with a friend, where curiosity leads the way and the conversation flows naturally. The vision for this podcast came from the past few years of watching the wellness community operate; seeing people's personal growth, emotional healing, and inner work. From men’s circles to conversations about plant medicines, shadow work and even psychedelic therapy, I’ve seen how transformative sharing real stories can be. I’m setting some exciting milestones for this podcast: First goal: Launch and sustain through 2025 Second goal: 5 episodes (44% of podcasts don’t go beyond 3) Third goal: 11 episodes (only about 17% of podcasts are active, meaning they’ve released a new episode in the past 90 days) Fourth goal: 21 episodes (podcasts that surpass 20 episodes are in the top 1% of producers) Fact: Did you know 90% of podcasts don’t get past episode 3? Of the remaining 10%, only 10% make it to episode 20. Reaching episode 21 puts you among the top 1% of podcast creators. Additionally, over 4 million podcasts exist worldwide, but only about 17% are considered active. Now, it’s all coming together. I can’t wait to share these conversations with you soon! Stay tuned for more updates, and get ready to join the conversation—this is just the beginning. #Mindsetcoaching #EmotionalHealing #PsychedelicTherapy #ShadowWork #PlantMedicine #SelfDiscovery #PodcastStudio #PodcastCanada #PodcastersUnite #PodcastJunkie #PodcastLifestyle #PodcastInterview #LocalPodcast #MonctonNB #HalifaxNS #DartmouthNS #SaintJohnNB #StJohnsNL #NewBrunswickCanada #NewfoundlandAndLabrador #NovaScotiaArtist #AtlanticCanada…
