Sue Scott is an executive and team coach, mentor, and risk management professional with over twenty years of experience in leading and coaching in the financial services industry. Sue helps Risk and Compliance professionals reconnect with what makes work meaningful and feel empowered to lead change.

She is great at her work of helping leaders and teams make sense of what is really getting in the way. With extensive experience working with multi-level stakeholders in global organizations, Sue used her corporate wisdom with her coaching to helping professionals and teams make an impact in the world.

Highlights:

  • Working in the corporate world sometimes means losing a sense of identity. It’s important that we know that we can get help in reconnecting with the essence of who we are and identifying our unique signature strengths.
  • It’s important that we learn to see the bigger picture of our impact on people and the world and how we are creating a culture and environment where people can and do make a difference in the world.
  • There are times when work can be draining. When that time comes, we have to have clarity on our vision so we can connect to our sense of purpose. Connecting with vision and purpose helps us create the intention, motivation, and commitment to change by giving ourselves a clear reason why we are making a change.

In the busy and often stressful corporate environment, everyone needs the mental space coaching can provide to support creative and strategic momentum. Sue can help you reconnect with your purpose and discover how you can make an even greater impact in the world.
