Terri excels in evaluating and enhancing existing initiatives, working closely with clients to implement tailored solutions. Her aim is to cultivate a human-centric workplace culture of care.\
Beyond her professional achievements, she boasts an 18-year career as a Female Aerobic Gymnast and is currently dedicated to open ocean Channel Swimming, including crossing Ka’iwi Channel and most currently the first-ever crossing from Molokini to Lanai.
