πΌπ±Worksites are doing a lot to prevent, arrest, and even reverse chronic diseases and promote health. But worksite didnβt actively sought for the role of being disease prevention experts. There is always this debate about who is responsible for wellbeing and disease prevention π€.

As a WELCOA faculty member, she owns WYAO Hawaii Corporate Wellness, specializing in refining organizational wellness programs. Terri excels in evaluating and enhancing existing initiatives, working closely with clients to implement tailored solutions. Her aim is to cultivate a human-centric workplace culture of care.\
Beyond her professional achievements, she boasts an 18-year career as a Female Aerobic Gymnast and is currently dedicated to open ocean Channel Swimming, including crossing Kaβiwi Channel and most currently the first-ever crossing from Molokini to Lanai.
