With over 15 years of experience in sports administration, coaching, and education, I am a passionate and dedicated leader who strives to promote the educational and athletic goals of student-athletes and foster a culture of excellence, diversity, and inclusion in intercollegiate athletics. As the Associate Athletic Director at Harford Community College, I manage daily operations for 13 varsity sport teams and assist coaches with planning, scheduling, and administering all sporting events. Through my work, I collaborate with other members to develop and implement policies and programs that support the core values of equity, diversity, and inclusion among member institutions. In addition, I am the founder of Hooper Mentality Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides mentoring, tutoring, and mental health services to youth athletes in underserved communities. #mentalhealth
