Today, I just wanna express how important breathing is, that’s number one. Your breathing builds you, each time you are breathing air in, it’s going inside each and every cell of your body. So one, breathing is important, two, is the quality of the air that you breathe. You have to take some time around you and check the quality of air that you are breathing. Are you constantly surrounded by the smoke, are you smoking probably, and I am not coming after anyone who is smoking,

I am just talking in general. Are you surrounded by natural air from the trees, are there like trees around you. Sometimes its important that we check like the quality of the air that we are putting inside of us because it contributes to how your brain functions. Take for an example, you go on a vacation, you spend time in nature and you spend all this time breathing beautiful air, surrounded by nature.

It feels good because you are away and you have went away and you had a chance to just breath and now if you can use that same concept and just find a spot by yourself and just breath, just take a breath, breath in and breath out. Before you make a decision you are not quite sure of, breath in and breath out. Before you speak to someone you want to confront and maybe they are owing you, or they did something to you and you are upset, breath. Just breath, breath in and breath out.

The focus here is to make your life better each day. So you wanna be able to make better decisions right for your life, before you jump into conclusions and do something’s you know you might react to or regret. Just breath for once, I am saying this from a personal perspective because I have struggled with anxiety and depression and having to overcome that was through breathing.

Taking my time just breathing in and breathing out. It calms your nerves naturally, even when you feel like you wanna fight or shout at someone or you are furious and angry and you can’t contain it anymore. You have to protect your energy so you have to breathe because expression of negative emotions only brings negative results too. So you need to express your emotions in a positive way because that is how you want to live the best version of yourself.
