So.... I went skydiving. This episode isn't about skydiving, but it is about alignment and being confident in that alignment so we can move past the fear of judgment and perception of others. And that practice led me to choose to skydive (more in the episode).
My guest today is Taylor Mae. Taylor is a founder, coach, speaker, and host of the Align to Achieve podcast. More than that, she's a deep thinker and reflector—which made this conversation a fun and philosophical one. Taylor and I talk about this idea of alignment that's core to her coaching work... What is it? How do we know if we have it? How do we find it if we don't? And in a world that is so achievement-focused, we talk about why alignment is the important first step so that we can achieve more of the RIGHT things.
