On paper, it doesn't seem that Tarah and I have anything in common. She has 3 kids, she's over a decade older than me, she lives across the country and has had vastly different life experiences than me, and yet, we have an exceptional amount in common. From early childhood trauma, to health issues, to recognizing the importance of healing from the inside out as to not pass on our BS to the next generation, we couldn't be more alike. This episode is one of vulnerability, friendship, transition and creating community across superficial divides.
