Aaron Levy of Raise The Bar joins me to share his thoughts on how to engage and retain millennials. After watching his friends become dissatisfied with their jobs, Aaron became curious and wanted to know why. What he found was a perceived lack of purpose in their work, connection to their team, company or boss and opportunity for growth. He founded Raise The Bar to change this – to transform the manager role – by empowering each manager with the tools, skills, and training to be leaders of people. Aaron believes it’s not enough for a manager to know what it takes to be a leader, rather it’s about them moving from knowledge to action and adopting the habits of a leader.
