Did you know, according to Traditional Chinese Medicine, 70% or more of all chronic physical disorders originate from mental or emotional trauma?

In this episode, I share the 15 best acupuncture points to calm the mind, and why we use them in clinical practice. I also share acupuncture points combinations specifically for treating anxiety, insomnia, repressed emotions, and overthinking.

Chinese medicine and acupuncture's approach to calming the mind is quite effective. In fact, I have seen it over and over in my practice in the past 20 years! Acupuncture is fantastic for anxiety, depression, insomnia and more. It works very effectively especially if it’s done in conjunction with counseling and diet adjustments.
