Why do we all make losing weight so difficult? "The Fab", as we call her in my circle, Aana Camp joined me to discuss her recent health journey. Aana has lost weight and it sounded pretty effortless. Yes, she uses Neora products but she also joined me to share some easy tips about drinking water, playing mind games with yourself, and setting small goals. She encouraged all of you to chip away at your goals. Don't make them so big you fail right away. "You win when you win." As in, when you lose, you tend to give up on the goals you have set. So make it easy to achieve easy wins that will carry into the next day. At the end Aana shared how to be as happy and fit as her at age 63! Drink your water people!
