April 30th: John Walker, our new Captain America, was filmed murdering a man with the iconic shield. Hosts Chip Ewing and Scott Higgins react to the moment and what it means for the heroic title and those displaced by the Blip around the world.

On this show, Chip Ewing and Scott Higgins hope to discuss life after everything Thanos - both The Snap and The Blip. Scott is a member of "The Blipped" and Chip is one of those who were left behind. Together they will traverse the most important events in their lives and the world at large from their different perspectives.

The first episode of this new podcast was initially going to be a Introduction, but recent events compelled the hosts to hit the ground running. This discussion is all about the newest Captain America - his rise, his fall, and all the elements around him that led to both. They dig into the man himself, the power of the symbol he took on, how the Global Repatriation Council was involved, why the Flag Smashers are relevant to this, and how these events will ripple out into GRC camps around the globe.

Plus, a brief discussion of the recent King T'Challa's passing, with intent to discuss him and the Kingdom of Wakanda more in the next episode.

This episode was recorded on May 8, 2024.
