I am far too guilty of this. Making excuses for eating like a shit head and not doing going to the gym or being active enough. I have suffered from it, putting on weight and allowing my health to get to the point where its sickening. Its impacted my self confidence and puts my children at risk of not having a parent if I do not change my ways. Reading David Goggins book is a stark reminder that I need to hold myself accountable, stop making the excuses and start focusing on what is important. And check into my accountability mirror and make sure I am doing what is needed to be successful in life and with my health.
