During times of intense output, what are the three things that get me through?

Maybe I don't have an hour to meditate, maybe the hotel gym looks like a crime scene, maybe I had too much wine at dinner...balance isn't perfect especially in times of high output. However, there are a few things you can always depend on...listen here for more.
