When you have a strong impulse to make a big life-altering decision, how do you tell if it's coming from a grounded place? In this episode, I explore the difference between alignment and escapism. I share two examples from my life: one where it looked like escapism but it was actually alignment, and the other where it looked like alignment but it was actually escapism.
