Have you ever felt like you've lost Rhythm?

In today's episode Dr M dives into the importance of maintaining consistency and rhythm in our lives. 3 key areas she covers:

  1. Don't Ignore the Signs: The episode begins by emphasizing the significance of recognizing and acknowledging when you've fallen out of rhythm in your life. Just as you wouldn't ignore warning signs on a dashboard when driving a car, it's essential not to ignore the signs that indicate you've strayed from your desired rhythm or routine.
  2. Grace, Not Excuses: Dr M shares a personal experience that included an ECG at lunchtime that threw her timing out for the day (for good reason). And why grace can be such an important state when things are out of your control, so you can get back on track as quickly as possible
  3. Give Yourself Time, Space and Baselines: Getting back on the beat, or reestablishing a consistent rhythm, requires patience and space. Just like a song or a heartbeat, it may take a bit of time to find your rhythm again, and understanding the path to getting back track is key, as is having baselines that help set your trajectory in the right direction.
