On episode one of #ABAUK podcast I chatted to Christopher James Clark the award winning author of Nutritional Grail, he serves on the Advisory Board of Men's Health magazine (Middle East) and writes for ThePaleoDiet.com, The Huffington Post, and various other publications. He’s from America but based in Dubai and he strives to make nutrition practical, straightforward, and delicious.

The questions I ask:

What is The Clark Plan? How does The Clark Plan differ from the paleo diet? Have you always ate in a similar way to The Clark Plan or was there something significant that happened which led you to your current way of eating? What inspired you to create your blog? Your book, Nutritional Grail who is it aimed at? For those who are new to being gluten free either because it has been forced upon them due to an allergy or intolerance or because they are trying to follow a paleo diet or The Clark Plan what tips can you give them for staying on track?
