Welcome to the first episode of the Always Ready Mindset Podcast!
In this first episode, we briefly discuss the Always Ready Mindset philosophy and the framework of the podcast to give you a brief understanding of what you can expect from future episodes moving forward.
You will also get to listen to the echoes of my past as we dive into an audio recording I made more than five years ago... in a way, I am interviewing a younger version of myself, which will most likely make you laugh throughout this episode.
In this way I hope to inspire and motivate you to dive into a deeper level of understanding yourself in increasing ways and that by doing some research on your own past as well will lead to nourishing insights for all areas of your life.
We all have amazing things to learn from our own life's history and the more we do our due diligence to study and expand our knowledge of ourselves, the more we can live our life to the fullest.
