Personal development and growth does not happen when you’re in periods of safety and surplus. It happens when you walk through tragedy and adversity. Here to share his story of entrepreneurship and why everybody works in sales is Niraj Kapur. Listen in to hear more.

Niraj is a sales expert who has spent his professional career helping to teach and train others to make the most of their sales efforts. Then he went through one of the hardest times in his life. He divorced from his wife and had to start over completely.

It was during that time that he dug deep and found out what he was truly made of. He began diversifying his income streams and realized that his most important skill is leading and teaching from the heart.

He has been named one of the foremost LinkedIn training experts by everyone from Salesforce to LinkedIn itself. He is a top voice and a trusted authority on the subject. He didn’t get there through his own individual efforts however. He invested in his knowledge and personal growth to find his true calling.
