It's not easy at all to decide whether you should buy or sell a home in Miami nowadays. In fact, even deciding to rent or be a landlord in this absolutely complex real estate market is so different than just a few years ago. There is so much information online that gives the public absolutely different opinions on the same things.

Some say you should buy. Some say you should sell. Some say you shouldn't buy or sell. The bottom line is that you need an answer that is based on the facts but with one exception. When we rely on only facts, many times it's too late to make the right decision. With home sales, it usually takes a month or much longer after an offer is accepted to find out what the agreed-upon price was in the past.

So there is always a delay in getting information. Having delayed information in an appreciating or depreciating market is usually a bad thing. Although no one can predict the future, Jade Kalbacher and I both share with you our recommendations on what to do. Make sure to listen to the whole podcast.
