So, last week at Invictus HQ, I had a sit-down with our leasing agent about our apartment leasing process.
Turns out, we were missing out on potential tenants.
Only 30-40% of those we show apartments to end up applying.
Simple fix, right?
Just following up could double our conversion rate.
It's all about those follow-ups in business.
