On today’s episode of An Herbal Diary we’re talking about stocking a kitchen medicine cabinet. There are a few first steps to organizing it. Dina lists kitchen equipment to stock as well as introduces you to a first herb - rose - a true treasure and perfect way to start a pantry.

Kitchen Medicine Cabinet equipment (suggestions only ⚖️)

* stainless steel pots with lids

* double boiler

* coffee grinder

* blender or food processor

* hand strainer with cheesecloth to line

* glass measuring cups - 1, 2 and 4 cup

* digital kitchen scale

* measuring spoons and scoops

* Mason jars - 8oz, 16oz, 32oz

* glass jars (amber colored)

* French coffee press for teas
