Back in August, the Anatomic Fitness Podcast introduced listeners to Elyssa Krutop of Aligned Counselling in Kamloops, and discussed the important role exercise plays in mental health. Well, given it's the silly season, personal trainer James Sutherland and producer Jason Hewlett figured it was a good time to revisit that episode -- one of the most popular in the show's run so far -- and remind people of this important connection.
