Do you ever feel like it’s a struggle to find balance in today’s world? As a high-achieving woman it can feel overwhelming at times, right? Today’s episode is for you! Nicole is joined by Dr. Bryana Gregory, a Women's Wellness Coach working with high-achieving women, helping them squash overwhelm and live their most healthy, abundant and fulfilled life. Bryana is a formally trained pharmacist, but she now practices in the holistic medicine space, where she focuses on healing women from the inside out.

Bryana has struggled with her own health challenges in the past, and was failed by conventional medicine - which led her to coaching other busy working female professionals to get healthy. Bryana's passion is leading women to realize their potential in health and living a rich lifestyle, full of purpose. She believes that within each one of us, there is an untamed, refined, unstoppable woman longing to show up as her most abundant self.
