On this 63rd edition of the Podcast, Janet Leet returns to discuss the 20th anniversary of the Run Sub5 Girls running Camp. Janet, being a former professional athlete herself, passes on her experiences to turn her girls weaknesses into strengths. There are only 15 spots left at this years camp, so be sure to sign up ASAP.

As a little girl, Janet Leet loved running. It gave her the confidence to achieve whatever she set out to do. Diagnosed with dyslexicia as a little girl, she turned her weakness into a strength. This is how she has lived her life ever since. Janet’s hard work and determination got her into college, where she excelled as a student athlete.

This and other lessons is what Janet Leet passes down every year at her Run Sub5 Girls Running Camp. It was 2o years ago when Janet had this vision. This vision has turned into a camp filled with great stories of girls turning their weaknesses into strengths.

One of the requirements at Run Sub5 Girls Running Camp is that ALL camp goers must turn in their cell phones. This no phone policy promotes communication, team building, and an experience your kids can’t find these days. Janet Leet’s number one goal is to create a loving environment. The girls strive in this setting by challenging themselves to achieve their goals. It doesn’t matter if the goal is an athletic, personal, or social goal. What matters is working to become well rounded people through visualization. Each year, by the end of the girls week stay, none of the them want to leave. You can just feel it by the testimonials Janet and her staff receive from the girls. Check out the testimonials here. There is a lot of love going on.

Janet Leet’s message is one of love and fun. Her methods are truly the building blocks to becoming a happy/successful adult woman. As Janet says “It’s all about the fun.”
