Aromatherapy Inhaler Recipe for Severe Anxiety, Stress, Panic Attacks

3 Drops Grapefruit

2 Drops Lavender

2 Drops Benzoin

3 Drops of Ylang Ylang

Place the essential oils on the cotton pad that goes in the entre of the inhaler. Inhale as required.
