In today's episode, Mike Granato and Shaun Webb of Athletic Motion Golf set the story STRAIGHT when it comes to Dustin Johnson's swing that was being argued in a golf swing conversation on social media.
The gentleman gives very incorrect information and does it with confidence that is QUITE concerning.
This is why Mike and Shaun use 3D capture for swing reviews and swing analysis.
Data doesn't lie. Nor does it have an ego. People though, unfortunately, do, and miss information, especially online, is one of the BIGGEST problems we see in golf today.
This does bring up an important lesson though, that all golfers should learn from.
Know your source, and know where they get their information and how.
The wrong golf instruction can destroy your swing much more quickly than the time it takes to build it to where you are.
We hate seeing bad information spread and watching passionate players fall out of love with the game because of horrible instruction.
There is plenty of proven and legit golf instruction online, and we're not just saying AMG.
We urge you to find golf instruction and golf content sources that you trust and believe in.
