Hello again! After a two month break, the Awaken & Empower podcast is back!
In this episode, I talk about:
- How my two month break impacted me mentally, emotionally, and spiritually
- Why I was hesitant to return to creating and how I made peace with it
- The ways in which this break felt different than the last break I took from my work
- Reconnecting with my passions and my sense of self
- Introducing some exciting changes to my coaching offers
This episode is definitely more of a personal one. I really appreciate having this space to share openly and honestly. I hope listening in on my thoughts and experiences resonates with you in some way, and at the very least helps you feel a little less alone.
And remember, it’s okay to show up even when you feel like you have nothing figured out. We are all constantly growing and evolving, learning and navigating, healing and becoming. This process never ends, and that’s the beauty of being human.
