Life Balance: A Holistic Approach
✅ Life balance focuses on finding your personal center of gravity, a unique point of stability that considers all aspects of your life.
✅ It's like a pie chart with various slices representing work, relationships, finances, health, and other important areas. The size of each slice can vary depending on your priorities.
✅ Just like a pizza isn't perfectly symmetrical, your life balance won't be either. The key is finding what works for you.
