In this podcast, Petra and I discuss how stress affects our body, and how our body can hold onto tension. She gives tips about different strategies to help us manage tension in our body, and how to relax our body when it is under stress. Petra Poschmann was born & raised in Berlin Germany. She has a Bachelor and Master Degree in Applied Mathematics, as well as being a Yoga Practitioner for more than 30 years. She is a Stress Management Specialist who currently teaches Yoga to private students, community classes, and the Tanner Wellness Program in Monrovia. She is married with 2 teenage boys ages 14 & 16.
