This week I discuss how the interpretation of standards can differ between regulators, and how that has effected management of something as simple as power strips (SPREPT & RPT). Have you experienced different expectations from your accreditation inspectors? If so what was the circumstance I'm curious to hear your story? Oh and as for the clinician don't think you are safe in all of this The Biomed, Clinician, & Regulatory Inspector all play a valuable role in meeting patient safety/ patient care expectations in regards to medical devices.
