Hey Pride, in this EP we have Health Coach Ev aka Evan Transue back on the show again! Evan has been on the show in the past so check out earlier EP's where he talks more in depth on his personal story, and his passion for combatting mental illnesses in a wholistic approach. We cover an in depth conversation on light (more specifically sunshine) and how it plays a role in our moods, and other important functions of our daily lives. I've personally been fascinated with this topic lately and have been doing my own experiments with it finding only positive effects on my health and wellbeing. Make sure to give it a listen and share the podcast! Follow Evan @evan_transue.
