With a graduate degree from New York University, she is also the founder of Minaa B. Consulting, where she focuses on cultivating psychological safety within organizations. As a mental health educator and coach, Minaa integrates mental health with social justice, empowering individuals and communities. Based in New York City, Minaa is committed to fostering personal growth and societal healing.
