Welcome to the very first episode of the Behind the Betes podcast. New episodes launch every Wednesday at 9 am. In today's episode, I explain what Behind the Betes is all about.

Why did I decide to create this podcast?

What is my elevator pitch diagnosis story?

What are some of the questions you can expect to hear on future episodes?

I really hope you enjoy getting to know the people behind the diabetes. We are all unique and have our own special things about us. Diabetes may not be our only thing in common.

After getting to know so many people with diabetes, I always found it fascinating to learn some very interesting things about people with diabetes that I meet at conferences or meet-ups. So that's what Behind the Betes is all about.

You can stay up to date on all episodes by subscribing everywhere that you listen to your favorite podcasts.
